*** A SPECIAL REQUEST FOR FIRE, EMS AND POLICE AGENCIES WHO FOLLOW OUR PAGE **

To all of our Fire, EMS and Police friends around the world. As you may know, our community has been working hard to support the volunteer firefighters in our neighboring community of Union Beach who lost more than half of their fire pagers and most of their portable radios (along with at least two Class A Pumpers an
d all but one fire house) when their town was decimated by a 15 foot storm surge and 87 MPH winds associated with Hurricane Sandy. Most of their firefighters homes were either completely destroyed or are now uninhabitable and must be demolished.
