Mayor Tinker, Committeeman Brady, Administrator Valentino and OEM Coordinator Horner just got off a conference call with President Obama and Governor Christie. The President wants people to know to call 800-621-FEMA to register their needs and problems right away. Help can also be received from http://www.disasterassistance.gov/.

‎*** ICE TRUCK IS EMPTY ***

The truck that delivered ice to Holy Family is now empty. We asked for a second delivery of ice this morning and are hopeful to receive more. None has been promised at this time.

***INSURANCE FILINGS***

Anyone needing to fax documents to their insurance company can report to the Police Department Records Bureau and there will be someone there to assist you. This service is for faxing to insurance companies only and no phone calls will be allowed.

***VOLUNTEER***

We are looking for 1 volunteer to assist residents in submitting insurance information. Basically looking for someone to man a fax machine at police headquarters. If interested contact us at hazletnotify@gmail.com

Cash/food gift cards/clothing are being accepted by: Maranatha Baptist Church on Holmdel Rd. at Brailley Lane (enter via Brailley Lane); St. Benedict's on Bethany Rd. (drop off at the food pantry); St. Joseph's in Keyport and St. Clement's in Matawan (drop off at the rectory)

St. Mary's in Middletown will also accept donations at the parish office.
