‎***TREE REMOVAL***

Best information we can provide...if a tree is down on your property and not in the street or touching wires it is the responsibility of the homeowner.
Trees in contact with wires will be addressed by JCP&L and should be avoided.
Trees in Township roads will be addressed by the Hazlet DPW.
Trees in County/State roads are ultimately the responsibility of those agencies but will be addressed on a case by case basis.

***GARBAGE PICKUP***

The Township is not restricting garbage haulers and is encouraging them to continue with normal pickups.
 

***CHARGING STATION***

There is currently a charging station for cell phones and computers at the court room located at Police Headquarters on Middle Rd. Charging time is limited to 30 minutes and is for Hazlet residents only. We may be moving the charging station to a larger facility. Stay tuned for updates.

***GASOLINE***

Our Police Department has indicated that the Gulf near Toys R Us on Rt. 35 N. is open...the Quick Check at Poole/Rt. 36 is currently out of fuel.
We have also received unofficial information that the Craig's service station on Rt. 35 across from Value City Furniture in Middletown is open and the Hess Station on Rt. 35 N. near Whole Foods in Middletown is open. As we get more information it will be posted here.
