We would like to take this opportunity to let you know why Hazlet Township has a Department of Construction Code Enforcement.
- To protect the Health, Welfare and Safety of the Public.

- interior and exterior alterations may require a construction permit
- furnace and/or air conditioning and hot water heaters (new or replacement require construction permits)
- fire place may require zoning always requires construction permits
- interior renovations or tenant fit ups for commercial establishments require a zoning and construction permit.
