HOW YOU SHOULD PLACE YOUR CONTAINER:

Place your container in the street at curbside with the wheels facing your residence no later than 6 am on your scheduled collection day. The container must have the minimum of 5 feet on both sides to allow for the automatic arm to safely pick up the container. You should also keep the container clear of telephone poles, fire hydrants, street signs, mail boxes, cars, and overhead obstructions such as, trees and basketball hoops. Do not place your cardboard or newspapers on top of the container. They should be left off to the side. If the truck can not pick up the container safely, then it will be left curbside for your next scheduled collection day.
