As part of our efforts to improve technology throughout the township departments and a grant that we received to do such, we’re currently working on a new “responsive” website design and layout.
A responsive website is compatible across all internet browsers including most mobile devices such as smart phones and tablets. Our new website will automatically adjust itself to fit its content on any screen size and also interact with mobile functionality features in mobile devices.

JCP&L customers also can utilize a new free smartphone app to report outages and access important information and services related to their electric accounts. The app is available for AppleR iPhoneR and Android™ smartphones.
Customers can use the keyword "FirstEnergy" to locate the apps in the online store. A new mobile website is also available to customers who use a smartphone to visit

FirstEnergy customer call centers will be fully staffed. Customers who are without power are encouraged to call 1-888-LIGHTSS (1-888-544-4877) to report their outage or click the “Report Outage” link on via smartphone.
