The Midpoint Review is posted in accordance with the Hazlet’s settlement agreement with Highview Homes, LLC.
Public Notice is hereby given that the Township of Hazlet, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 52:27D-313, has, as of July 1, 2020, issued a Midpoint Review report (PDF) as required by the Township’s Settlement Agreement with Fair Share Housing Center ("FSHC").
A copy of the Midpoint Review report is available on the Township’s website.
In addition and in accordance with social distancing policies, members of the public may arrange to physically inspect/obtain a paper copy of the Midpoint Review report by calling the municipal clerk at 732-264-1700 x 8686 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
A copy of the FSHC Settlement is also available upon request by calling Surenian, Edwards & Nolan, LLC at 732.612.3100.
Any interested party may submit comments to the municipality, with a copy to Fair Share Housing Center and Surenian, Edwards & Nolan, LLC regarding whether the compliance mechanisms continue to satisfy the municipality’s obligations.
Any comments must be received within 30 days of the July 1, 2020 posting date.
