- If the Township has constructed a sump pump drain line in a right-of-way adjacent to the front, side or rear yard of your property, it shall be unlawful for any person or entity to discharge or to allow or cause to be discharged any sump pump discharge from that property into or onto any public or private property, except to the sump pump drain line. Discharge of any sump pump discharge to the sanitary sewer system is prohibited.
