Diabetes Management

Free Six-Week Diabetes Management Program

Diabetes Management-350Starting June 14, 2023, get the support and tools you need to help you with diabetes and help prevent complications.

Six week class meets at the James J. Cullen Center on Wednesdays June 14 through July 19, 2023 from 1 to 3 p.m.

Each participant will receive a FREE reference book, Living a Healthy Life with Chronic Conditions.

You will learn: 

  • How Diabetes affects your body
  • Techniques to deal with anxiety and stress
  • Guidelines for healthy eating
  • How to plan menus
  • Appropriate exercise to best control your blood sugar
  • Appropriate use and management of medications
  • The importance of monitoring your blood sugar
