We will alternate between low impact aerobic movements and strengthening exercises.

Join us  three times a week

  • Mondays - Walk and Tone (Indoors)
  • Wednesdays - Strength and Balance
  • Fridays - Cardio Lite and Low

The cost if free to Hazlet residents; $15 for non-residents. Pre-registration required.
