Active Adult Fitness

Starts March 8 for 8 weeks. Free.
On Monday, Wednesday and Fridays from 11:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m.  

Total Strength – Monday, 11:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m

Strength & Balance – Wednesday, 11:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. 

Cardio Lite & Low – Friday, 11:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. 

Registration required.
