Monmouth County COVID-19 Vaccination Clinics

Vaccines are now available for county residents who are at least 5 years old.  Anyone under 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Booster doses will be offered at all vaccine sites to those who self-identify as eligible under CDC guidelines.*

Walk-ins welcome. Pfizer, Moderna and Jannsen available for 1st, 2nd, 3rd and booster doses. No documentation or health insurance required. No impact on immigration status. A third dose of the vaccine for moderately to severely immunocompromised can be administered at the Brookdale vaccination site. Individuals should bring their vaccine cards with them. 

Free pop-up clinics sponsored by the County Health Dept. 

  • December 2 in Hazlet
    Thursday, Dec. 2 from 10 am to 1 pm at the James J. Cullen Center, 1766 Union Avenue. 
  • Tuesdays at Brookdale
    Tuesdays from 2-6 p.m at the Montessori Children’s Learning Center, 765 Newman Springs Road,  Use parking lot 4 or 5. 

*About Boosters:
Pfizer: Booster dose can be received at least 6 months after 2nd dose. The options to get Moderna or J&J as a booster dose after completing a Pfizer 2-dose series is also acceptable.
Moderna: Booster dose can be received at least 6 months after 2nd dose. The option to get Pfizer or J&J as a booster dose after completing a Moderna 2-dose series is also acceptable.The Moderna Booster Dose is half the amount of vaccine as the primary series.
Jannsen: Booster dose can be received at least 2 months after the 1st dose. The option to get Pfizer or Moderna as a booster dose after completing the 1st dose is also acceptable.
